We also specialize in handling seasonal, promotional, and holiday orders, where meeting crucial deadlines and producing quality products have become daily routine at ARS. CONTRACT SERVICES: In 1991, under the congressionally established Javis-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD) Program, ARS began a program to provide consumers with the opportunity to work outside of the sheltered workshop environment. Currently, ARS has 35 individuals placed in this program, whose job it is to provide daily custodial services at four federal office buildings in the greater Los Angeles area.
